Chemical composition

7.3 Delivery Status

7.4.4 For Table 9 bake hardening steel sheet and strip, should ensure that within three months after the product manufacturing, the mechanical properties of the steel sheet and strip in accordance with Table 9.
7.4.5 For Table 7, Table 8 and Table 10 in the corresponding grades of steel sheet and strip, should ensure that within six months after manufacture, the mechanical properties of the steel sheet and strip in line with the corresponding provisions in the table.
7.4.6 mechanical properties of aging requirement does not apply in Table 6, Table 11, Table 12 and Table 13 provide grade steel sheet and strip.
7.5 tensile strain mark
7.5.1 tensile strain mark requirements apply only to surface quality level of FC and FD of steel sheet and strip.
7.5.2 tensile strain mark requirement does not apply to Table 5 grades DC51D + Z, DC51D + ZF, DD51D + Z and DC52D + Z, DC52D + ZF steel sheet and strip. Table 5 for other grades of steel sheet and strip, should ensure that there is tensile strain marks when used within six months after manufacture.
7.5.3 For Table 9 bake hardening steel sheet and strip, we should ensure that there is tensile strain marks when used within 3 months after manufacture;
7.5.4 For Table 7, Table 8 and Table 10 provide grade steel sheet and strip, should ensure that there is tensile strain marks when used within six months after manufacture.
Tensile strain marks 7.5.5 does not apply to Table 6, Table 11, Table 12 and Table 13 provide grade steel sheet and strip.
7.5.6 As tensile strain marks have other special requirements, shall consult and specified in the contract when ordering.
7.6 Coating Adhesion
Coating adhesion test using appropriate methods should be tested, unless otherwise specified, the test method selection by the supplier.
